Courses or materials developed by partner institutions or instructors may have separate rights and ownership terms as agreed in respective creator agreements.
3.3 User Content:
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., profile details, forum posts, feedback), while granting Shoolini UpSkill a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content in connection with the Services.
3.4 Restrictions:
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, upload, republish, or otherwise use any Platform Content without written permission.
4. Confidentiality and Data Protection
4.1 Confidential Information:
Confidential Information includes but is not limited to course materials, learner data, business processes, pricing, technology, and marketing strategies shared between Shoolini UpSkill and creators, partners, or users.

You agree not to disclose confidential information without appropriate authorization.

Your use of personal data is governed by Shoolini UpSkill’s Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
5. Payments and Refunds
5.1 Fees:

Shoolini UpSkill may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, India.
